When Visibility Stops Feeling Right

Hi Reader,

I have some exciting news to share with you!

But before, I have a question:

Have you ever felt that tension between knowing you need to be more visible to grow your business… and feeling that the way you’re showing up just isn’t right anymore?

That’s exactly where I found myself a little over a year ago.

I had episodes ready.
My business was growing.
From the outside, everything was “great.”

But continuing to show up just to stay visible and attract clients felt misaligned. At the same time, my body was sending signals I couldn’t ignore. So, I did something that doesn’t always make sense in a loud online world—I paused.

I decided to step back from my podcast and newsletter for a little while to intentionally redefine how I wanted to show up for my clients and my audience moving forward.

That pause changed everything…

I am excited to share with you that I am launching the new season of the podcast The Time Is Now!

While my mission stays the same—helping solopreneurs go from invisible to in-demand—this new season will go deeper than ever before.

We’ll explore visibility and marketing, leadership and mindset, and the broader context of growing a business in today’s challenging times.

Listen to the new episode here:
Choosing Alignment Over Noise: New Podcast Season!

Inside the episode, I share:

  • Why I paused—and what I focused on instead.
  • Three lessons that shape how solopreneurs show up with integrity.
  • What to expect from this season for you and your business.

If you’ve been feeling the tension between needing to be visible, growing your business and wanting to stay true to yourself, you’re in the right place.

I’m glad you’re here and I look forward to this journey together.

With care,
Amel

PS: I’d genuinely love to hear from you. What has showing up felt like for you lately—energizing, heavy, confusing? This season is shaped by these conversations. Just hit reply and tell me.

Dear Reader, A few days ago, something happened that made me think of you. I was invited to an event where we had to introduce ourselves in 30 to 45 seconds. By the end of my pitch, four women came up to ask about my services and book a call. And that’s when I thought, I need to share this with you, because this is something you can create too. If you had to describe what you do in 30 seconds, would your ideal clients immediately think: “That’s exactly me”? If not, it’s not that you’re not...

Hi Reader, Have you ever struggled to explain what you do in a way that feels clear and confident? Not because you lack experience. Not because you’re not good at what you do. But because your positioning still feels a little fuzzy. When your message isn’t clear, everything feels heavier than it should, and clients don’t buy… In this week’s podcast, you’ll hear a real-life example of how you can change that. Katie came to me with experience and passion as a personal trainer, but unclear...

Reader, I wonder if you would resonate with this, as I see this happen often. Brilliant, experienced solopreneurs who know they need a clearer niche… but keep hesitating choosing one. Here’s what I’ve learned, both from my own journey and from working with hundreds of solopreneurs: Not choosing feels safe. But it’s quietly leading you to burn out. When your niche isn’t...
